The following are orientative only:
- Combi swap cost £2000 upwards. A lot depennds on how accesible it is, and additonal work that has to be undertaken such as condensate drain routing, floor of property, parking.
- conversion to combi £3000 upwards (Please note that Thames Water advise that combis should not go above the first floor).
- Replace hot water cylinder and boiler from £3200.
